ORDER PROCESS

1. Submit an orderSa https://sltjstore.company.site lamang po pwedeng um-order ng TSIB10Years. Please make sure na tama ang e-mail address na ilalagay upon checkout dahil lahat ng notifications ay ipapadala via an automated e-mail.Automatic na naka-free delivery ang lahat ng orders sa site upon checkout pero hindi ibig sabihin no'n ay wala na kayong babayarang shipping fee. Free shipping will only apply to HB+PB bundle orders.Magpapadala ako ng separate email tungkol sa shipping details (couriers available, shipping fee table, shipping form etc) kapag onhand at ready to ship na ang books.2. Order ConfirmationOnce successful ang checkout, makakatangap ka ng automated order confirmation e-mail mula sa [email protected]

Reservation Fee paymentFrom now on, I will be requiring a reservation fee for all of my self-published books. This must be paid 48 hours after checkout.Hardbound set – Php 100

Once paid, doon ko ichi-change ang status ng order niyo sa sltjstore.com from Awaiting Processing to Processing.This amount will be deducted from the total amount of your book order. Non-refundable ang reservation fee na ito kaya pag-isipang mabuti in case ma-tripan o makalimutan niyong bayaran ang natitirang amount.Failure to settle the reservation fee after 48 hours will result to the cancellation of your slot at sa next batch ka na ulit pwede um-order.If you decide to pay the full amount within 48 hours after checkout, no need to pay the reservation fee. Order ArrivalOnce matanggap ko na ang lahat ng items, magpapadala ako ng mass arrival e-mail. This arrival e-mail will contain the shipping schedule, second fees (if any), and shipping forms. I'll also tweet an announcement about this.6. Order ShipmentUnang ipapa-ship ang mga unang nakapagpasa ng shipping form at nakapagbayad ng shipping fee. Once ma-ship ko na ang iyong packages, makakatanggap ka ng automated e-mail from sltjstore.com with the status SHIPPED. 1. Ate, may difference ba sa content ng hardbound at paperback sets?Same content lang both books2. May side stories/special chapters din bang kasama ang TSIB10Years?Yes! Nagdagdag ako ng special chapters (two of which ay na-feature sa TSIB Extended Edition, plus new ones!) for this edition.3. Ate, limited po ba itong TSIB10Years gaya ng TSIB Extended Edition?No, hindi ito limited copies. Once na matapos ang first batch this 2024, magbubukas ulit ako next year basta matapos ko ang shipping :)4. Do you allow combined shipping for two different orders?Pwede namang combined shipping ng orders. Tsaka na natin ito pag-usapan kapag nagpadala na ako ng arrival email at shipping form :)5. Ate, same lang ba ang special inclusion sa hardbound set at HB+PB bundle set?Yes, same inclusion lang para walang inggitan haha!6. Pwede bang magbayad muna bago magcheckout?
